ETHNOGRAPHY
Keeping in regular touch with consumers is critical for any marketer. In order to facilitate the process of ethnography or ethnographic research, Unboxed has a templated program which is customized for each client – ranging from one off experiences for visitors or an ongoing journey (through out the year).
The program has an optional component of a knowledge audit which compiles the insights from various team members into a single document, shared and then saved for future reference.
